Nosi Mzamo brings in the role of Executive Manager: Human Resources at Mintek, vast knowledge of understanding Mintek business and skills.
Ms Nosi Mzamo’s appointment as the Executive Manager: Human Resources at Mintek, effective 01 September 2021, is a fitting reward for years of hardwork and unrelenting work ethic.
Mzamo has over 20 years of experience as a Scientist and Management professional, having worked for several mining houses and Mintek. She joined Mintek in May 2010 as the manager of the Mineralogy Division.
She holds a BSc. (Hons) Geology from the University of Fort Hare, a Graduate Diploma in Mining Engineering and a Masters of Business Administration (MBA), and is studying towards a PhD with the University of Cape Town. She also holds the Management Advancement Program (Wits Business School) and Executive Development Program (Regenesys Business School) certifications.
She currently serves in the Boards of Inyosi Coal, Ndonsa Mining Company and is Chairperson of the Board of Kwanda Minerals. Mzamo brings in this role, vast knowledge of understanding Mintek business and skills which are key for Mintek to achieve its strategic goals through Strategic Human Resource Management.
