Here to Help! A team of expertswill be providing a personalized service to customers for the City of Johannesburg’s Revenue Shared Services Department’s Open Day Campaign in Regions D and F, which will take place on 23 November 2013 from 9am to 3pm at the following venues:

Region D:

Noordgesig Community Centre, 10 Noordgesig Street, Noordgesig.

Region F

Queen Modjadji Hall, cnr Rosettenville and Marlborough Roads, Wemmer Pan.

According to City Spokesperson, Kgamanyane Maphologela, no two regions are identical. Each area has a unique profile and for this open day the focus for Region F will be query resolution; while region D will aim to register qualifying customers for various rebate options such as Pensioner Rates Rebates and the City’s Expanded Social Package.

“However, all services will be available to customers at both venues. On the day, expert agents from City Power, Johannesburg Water, Rates and Taxes, Finance and more will be on hand to sort out all account related queries, with the hope of immediate resolution,” said Mr. Maphologela.
