Colossal Services, a 100% black-women owned group, as part of NAS Colossal Aviation Services, has bought BidAir Services from BidVest Group.
In the midst of the gloom of increasing COVID-19 infections in South Africa, NAS Colossal Aviation Services’ acquisition of BidAir Services, from Bivdest Group provides a much needed cheer up. Most importantly, it proves that if business organisations put their minds to it, the cause of empowering black women can be turned to reality.
Colossal Services, a 100% black owned group, as part of NAS Colossal Aviation Services, is now a proud shareholder of BidAir Services, a company which provides ground handling services to more than 25 international and domestic airlines flying into South Africa. Lauding the conclusion of the BidAir acquisition as in the best interest of all parties, BidAir Services, Bushy Mbele, said. “We will surely benefit with the experience, expertise and direction of these two organisations.”
