100% black owned, MMJV has been growing from strength from strength since establishment, following the merger of two companies, Mudzhadzhi Building Contractors and Mmagongwana General Construction. The organisation has completed a number of large scale infrastructure projects, noteworthy the De Hoop Dam Housing Project in Limpopo Province on the R555 between Middleburg and Burgersfort.

MMJV’s invaluable asset is the diversity of skills it possesses amongst its workforce, which enable it to handle projects of any magnitude. It has trained most of its staff from unskilled to semi-skilled and skilled labour in the past nine years of its operations.

The company’s growth is mainly attributed to the astute management of two directors who are vastly experiencing in delivering quality project management – Mr M.F. Ntladi – Chief Executive Officer and Mrs G.M. Paledi – Chief Operations Officer.

Strategically located in the fast growing mining town of Burgersfort in Limpopo, MMJV is able to service all provinces of the country effortlessly. In spite of a sluggish economy, the company is upbeat about its future project prospects.
